100 YEARS
1925 - 2025
It's amazing to think about it, but it was 100 years ago that a small group of people gathered with the desire to plant a church to have an impact on their community. Little did they realize what would take place, but I'm sure they dreamed a bit about the possibilities.
There was a time in the Old Testament when the temple was being rebuilt and the statement was given that went like this; Zechariah 4:10a, "Does anyone dare despise this day of small beginnings?" They'll change their tune when they see Zerubbabel setting the last stone in place!"
With any great work, there will always be some level of opposition, especially when it comes to the work of God! We may never know the struggles it took to get this fledgling work off the ground, but one thing we do know, it DID indeed get off the ground and continues to have an impact to this day on our community. I am honored to be a part of this historical event as the 100th year pastor of this great church. ---- Pastor Carl Harris
